    Please fill out each section below. If a section does not apply to you or your child please fill in 'N/A'. We have kept this form as short as possible. We will be in touch if we need you to fill out a more detailed form for your child(ren) before camp.

  • Parent Details

  • Please note: If this is your first time registering a child for Summer Camp, you may need to provide a kesuba from a recognised Jewish Orthodox authority and child's birth certificate unless both parents are members of an orthodox shul. If the parents did not marry in an Orthodox shul, a maternal grandmother's kesuba would be acceptable.

    If none of these options are available, please contact us before filling out the form.

  • Please note: registration is only complete with a £50 deposit per child.

    CGI Summer Camp price is £185 per week (late booking rate), with a 10% discount for each additional child booked.

    Please note that it is the policy of Chabad Lubavitch that no child is refused admission for financial reasons. Please feel free to discuss this with Rabbi Sholem at 07438769655.


  • The full camp price is £250 per week.
